Site rules

Pyscodlyn Farm Caravan & Camping Site rules, 2024.

  • The site and all facilities are used entirely at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for damage or theft of any property, including vehicles, caravans or contents thereof.

  • Courtesy and consideration for other guests and our neighbours is paramount.

  • Please make every effort to keep noise to a minimum late evening and early morning. No noise between 11pm – 7am. No music allowed on site.

  • Children to be supervised at all times.

  • BBQs are permitted but must be raised off the ground. Bricks are available at entrances to caravan and tent fields.

  • NO firepits/open fires allowed at any time.

  • Please observe the reception opening hours which are 8.30am – 12.30pm and 4.00pm – 7.00pm. Emergencies only during the closed times please.

  • All pitches are available from 12pm and all persons leaving the site should do by 11am. Please ask at reception if you wish to stay longer (additional charges apply).

  • Please drive very slowly and carefully on the site and also when passing the farmyard and house. Animals and children are frequently crossing. Speed limits (5mph) must be observed and apply to all traffic including bicycles and scooters.

  • The rubbish bins are strictly for household waste only. Please do not leave any large or electrical items. Items such as awnings, chairs, tables, BBQs etc will not be collected so please take these to your local refuse site.

  • All dog owners must observe the following rules:

    • All dogs must be kept on a lead

    • Do not allow your dog to foul on the caravan site

    • Deter your dog from barking

    • Dog walking should be off site rather than within the caravan or tent field

    • Do not leave your dog unattended

  • We always try to provide a dog exercise area (subject to the farming calendar). Please pick up after your dog. Our fields are grazed by livestock and dog faeces can cause them serious harm.

  • No fireworks/lanterns.

  • Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilets. Wipes and other non-flushable items block our drains.

  • Please dispose of grey water and chemical waste at the correct disposal points provided near the gents toilets.

  • Ball games such as football and rugby are not permitted as we do not have the space for this, sorry.

  • The road gate is closed at night. It is not locked. Sorry for any inconvenience.

  • Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • We reserve the right to remove any person(s) not adhering to the above or acting in a manner which we consider to be unacceptable.
